What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring chemical compound found in the stalks, seeds and flowers of the cannabis plant. It is extracted from the hemp plant in the form of CBD oil and is sold as a nutritional & health supplement. We do not make any medical claims regarding the use of CBD.

Is CBD Legal?

Yes! CBD (Cannabidiol) oil is 100% legal in the UK and in many other countries. It is also a “permitted substance” on professional athlete’s drug tests. CBD sold in the UK must contain no more than 0.2% THC. All the products we sell contain less than 0.2% THC and some are completely THC free.

What’s the difference between CBD & THC?

CBD is not a controlled substance and is therefore 100% legal within the UK.

THC is the psychoactive chemical responsible for the marijuana high – it is illegal in the UK.

Will I get high?

No! All of our products contain less than 0.2% THC in accordance with UK laws and some are THC free. None of our products will get you high.

What is the correct dosage of CBD?

CBD affects different people in different ways. No exact dosage has been established yet. We always recommend that you start with a low dose product and increase your dosage once you understand the way the product works and affects you. CBD also works best when used regularly.

What is the best way to take my CBD?

Vaping is the most efficient way to take CBD. However, If you don't like vaping, then placing drops under your tongue and holding it there for 60-90 seconds before swallowing is best. We also stock a range of capsules in different strengths for those that don't like the taste of CBD.

Is CBD addictive?

No, CBD is not addictive
